This house is absolutely BEAUTIFUL.  It has an excellent floor plan in a terrific neighborhood.  It's so peaceful and serene, watching the glassy waters of Lake Apopka*.  The house is one house away from a bridge that leads to a community dock, gazebo, picnic tables and BBQ.  The lake is filled with 120 species of Florida wildlife -- cranes, ospreys, herons, jumping fish and alligators -- the location is so lovely that we bought the house on the spot! 

 

 
 

Here are photos of the bridge, dock, lake, gazebo, etc.  The entrance to the dock is one house away.  Sitting on that dock is wonderful -- it's your daily moment of Zen -- the sounds of the crickets and birds and flying fish and waves lapping -- it's incredibly peaceful.  And if you're too lazy to walk a few feet to the dock, the sunsets viewed from the large balcony are lovely.
