Google maps of area. The houses are located at the yellow arrow, and you can see SAMSUNG over to the right of the photo.  Dell is 2 miles away.  I believe Applied Technologies is close by.  Downtown Austin is 10 miles.


There are very very few larger, newer homes for rent in this part of Austin, near the Dell and Samsung facilities. Mostly, investors don't like buying in the Austin area because property taxes are so dang high (like around 3%, so just the property taxes can be $700 per month - which makes it hard to make money on an income property).
