There are very very few larger,
newer homes for rent in this part of Austin, near the Dell and Samsung
facilities. Mostly, investors don't like buying in the Austin area because
property taxes are so dang high (like around 3%, so just the property taxes can be
$700 per month - which makes it hard to make money on an income property).
