If you're interested in renting a house, click on the appropriate link below to view more details of our available houses in CA, AZ, FL and TX.  Each home is situated in an excellent neighborhood.  We choose homes with high lot premiums to maximize lot size, views and location.  These houses are for rent to families who will take good care of them! 

Our move-in policy is for first month of rent, plus a $1000 security deposit, plus additional $500 security for dogs.  If an applicants credit score is below 600, we require first and last month's rent, in addition to the security deposit.  Small, well behaved critters are welcome.  Big dogs, or any dog or mix classified as "attack" dog are absolutely not allowed (rottweilers, Dobermans, pit bulls, German shepherds).  No smoking in any of these homes.
